What the Program is:

A concept for the development and application of a highly effective and fully integrated strategic management process with the sole objective of establishing sustainable competitive advantages in all aspects of an EPSHE program.

A concept that utilizes the practical benefit of extensive experience in EPSHE leadership performance combined with creative and provocative thinking processes that facilitate the identification of those strategies and tactics that can initiate the required fundamental shift in direction and approach.
