While the personal expertise of the consultants form a significant part of the offered advisory services, most of the processes used can be internalized by the clients for continuous application within their organization.

This Facilitator Training and Certification Program provides the essential instruction and training in the processes that a client selects, as well as for highly effective facilitation techniques. The latter, actually, is the most critical - and valuable - segment of the program.
